Taking place in Westminster on 21st April, this conference will provide a forum for senior professionals across the Defence Estate and Defence Infrastructure Function, together with industry partners, to engage in a conversation about Infrastructure.

The event will bring together senior leaders and decision makers from across Defence, including the Services and DIO/NAD, to discuss emerging policies, innovations and strategic developments influencing the Defence Estate.

Delegate Rates

Public Sector

Places are free of charge* for senior Infrastructure personnel from all areas of MoD or who are directly employed by a Government Department or wider public sector organisation. Places are strictly limited and are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. 

Private Sector

Places for private sector employees are chargeable. Please contact Sharon Quinn for details: squinn@publicsectorconnect.org

Free of charge places at Defence Infrastructure 2027 are only available to those directly employed by public sector bodies. Free of charge delegates: in the event you do not attend once your place is booked, you will be charged an administration/non-attendance fee of £99 + VAT: this fee will not apply if a colleague from your organisation attends in your place. Delegate substitutions can be made up to and including the day of the conference. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferencemanagement@publicsectorconnect.org and acknowledged by Public Sector Connect. If you do not attend the event without cancelling in writing 28 days or more before the conference, you will be charged an administration fee of £99.00 + VAT.

Places for those employed in the private sector will be charged at £995 + VAT and payment must be made 7 days from receipt of invoice. Where a purchase order is required for payment, this must be received within 7 days of booking. The registration fee includes all conference documentation, buffet lunch and refreshments (please advise if you have any special dietary requirements). Accommodation and travel is not included. In the event of your cancellation after 7 days we will charge 50% of the order amount as cancellation fee up to 45 days prior to the event. Cancellations received less than 44 days prior to the event will be charged at 100%. Cancellations must be received via email to conferencemanagement@publicsectorconnect.org.

The organisers (Public Sector Connect) reserves the right to alter the programme and cancel the event in case of insufficient bookings. In the latter case, all delegates will be advised immediately and any fees paid to us will be refunded in full. Please note that the organisers cannot be held responsible for costs paid to us associated to cancellation due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, act of god, terrorism). In the event of any speaker being unable to attend the conference for any reason, the organisers will endeavor to find a substitute of similar standing. The organisers accept no liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by delegates, nor for loss of or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings.

Once your place is booked we will send you an email to confirm your place. Delegate substitutions from the same organisation can be made up to and including the day of the conference. By booking your place you agree to wear a name badge at the event and having your details (name, job title & organisation only) appear on the attendee list which will be distributed to and made available to view by all attendees. I’m very busy. Why should I take time out to attend this event?

This event is a great investment of time. Defence Infrastructure 2027 will bring together delegates involved in estate management, engineering, construction, training estate operations, facilities management, security, and corporate functions, making it an excellent networking opportunity. Defence Infrastructure 2027 concentrates the expertise of practitioners and solution providers in one place to deliver the insights you need to keep pace with the rate of advances across the infrastructure landscape.

What are the opening times?

Registration, networking and the exhibition will be open from 8:30.
The plenary session will take place 09:30-11:00.
Work sessions will begin at 11:30.
Conference will close at approximately 16:00.
A drinks reception follows.

When will I receive my joining instructions?

You will be sent joining instructions when you book your place and again closer to the date of the conference.

Can I book places for more than one person at a time?

Although it’s not possible to register a colleague on their behalf, you can invite them to attend! Just ensure they complete the online booking form. Only one place can be booked at a time using the online booking link. You may call us on 0161 482 7850 if you have a few places to book and we will take the details over the phone. Please note bookings are confirmed on a first come, first served basis.

Car Parking

There are several car parks withing walking distance of the Centre but spaces are limited. Q-Park Westminster is approximately 7 mins walk away.

Disabled Parking

Blue badge holders may park on the venue’s forecourt free of charge, spaces are subject to availability and must be prearranged so please contact the Centre on 0207 798 4000 to enquire. Disabled passengers arriving by taxis or other vehicles may alight in the forecourt.
